Romolo
Chocolates' rich history began with Romolo, an Italian who
immigrated to
New York City in 1906.
His grandson Tony, owner and master
confectioner at Romolo Chocolates,
continues to make cremes, caramels and other confections in the
traditional methods his grandfather began after years working with candy
makers in New York City and Chicago. The family's confection making and
chocolate mastery were learned under his tutelage.

"Just a quick message to say your
Chocolates were well received here in Minnesota. I lived in Erie all
my life until a few years ago. Still have the craving for your
chocolate. I get back once in a while and take advantage of
purchasing some to bring back. I was just there after Thanksgiving
and bought some to take back to my fellow workers here at Albert Lea
Medical Center. They loved every piece. Melted in their
mouth. I sent them all your website, don't be surprised if you get
numerous orders from here. No chocolatiers out here like
Tony."--Mark Fenstermacher, Minnesota
