Romolo Chocolates are handmade by a family of third and fourth generation chocolatiers. Tony, Anthony and Roman make chocolate confections and solid chocolate bars the way their Grandfather Romolo did in the 1930s after he apprenticed at Loft’s Candies, Beracini, Brachs and Tootsie Roll. Tony has elevated his family’s confectionery skills by extreme attention to detail and quality, and earned the designation of Certified Master Confectioner in 2003 from Retail Confectioners International.
